The decision has been made: we’re going to build your own house! Do you know what to think about? Do you know what will happen in the coming months and what you need to arrange? CBS has created a step-by-step plan to help you go through the building process with ease.

Building your own home is a big deal. You’ll face a lot of information, many decisions to make, and of course, it’s a major investment. CBS wants to make things easier for you. With this step-by-step plan, you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it from us.

Step 1 – Preliminary Phase

In this phase, you’re exploring options and deciding what your dream home should look like. CBS aims to meet your wishes for your dream home and make sure it fits within your financial plan.

  • First meeting to discuss your wishes, location, budget, and requirements.

  • A concept design is created.

  • Presentation of a sketch plan with a construction cost estimate.

Step 2 – Design Phase

In the preliminary phase, you’ve chosen your dream home. Now it’s time to get to work! Preparations for construction will begin.

  • Final design + quotation

  • Engineering materials and delivery planning

  • Start of work preparation

Step 3 – Construction Phase

Now the fun begins! At the end of this phase, your dream home will stand before you.

    • Construction begins

    • Structural (rough) construction phase

    • Inspection by client & project supervisor

    • Finishing phase

Step 4 – Completion

  • Final delivery & key handover

Step 5 – Aftercare

Maintenance & service conditions after construction. If something does not go according to plan or a defect appears, you can still contact us.
